Projects
Work begins once payment is received. Projects are paid in full before work begins. For longer projects that span multiple weeks, payment is still collected upfront for the agreed period, even if all deliverables are not yet completed.

Retainers
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of the month for the services included in that month’s retainer. For mid-month starts, a prorated invoice will apply for the partial month.

We’ll align on project scope, timelines, and deliverables before work starts. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated clearly to ensure we stay aligned.

You’ll provide the necessary access to accounts, platforms, or dashboards so I can deliver services efficiently. Partnerships work best when we’re both engaged. I’ll bring strategy, expertise, and execution, and you’ll bring access, input, and timely feedback. With that balance, we can keep things moving smoothly and build meaningful progress together.

Services are offered without long-term contracts unless otherwise stated. You can pause or stop services per our agreement.

Your trust matters. Any details you share, from customer data to internal strategies, will remain confidential. I respect the sensitivity of your information and will not share or use it outside the scope of our work together.

Final deliverables are yours once full payment has been received. Drafts, working files, and proprietary frameworks remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. I may showcase final work in my portfolio or case studies, but never in a way that reveals sensitive or proprietary business information.

While I aim for meaningful results, outcomes depend on multiple factors. I remain committed to delivering value wherever possible and am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

Because work begins quickly and resources are reserved in advance, all payments are non-refundable. You may pause or cancel services at any time; if adjustments are needed, I’ll work with you to ensure the scope and deliverables align with your goals.

While no one can promise exact outcomes, most brands typically see meaningful progress within 90–120 days. During that time, I’ll continuously refine, test, and adjust strategies to keep us moving forward. My commitment is to stay focused until the results align with your brand’s goals.
